How Shirahshakti Kriya Works?


This practice uses a combination of breath, visualization, and vibration to activate the higher centers of the brain, especially the Sahasrara (Crown Chakra) and Ajna (Third Eye Chakra).


How to Practice?


1️⃣ Seated Awareness (3 min)

Sit in Padmasana or Vajrasana with your spine erect.

Gently close your eyes and bring your awareness to the top of your head.


2️⃣ Shirahshakti Breathing (5 min)

Inhale deeply and imagine cool energy flowing from the base of your spine to your brain.

Exhale and visualize mental fog clearing, leaving behind a sharp, focused mind.


3️⃣ Mantra Activation (5 min)

Chant the ‘OM’ sound while focusing on your Third Eye.

Feel the vibrations activating the brain’s deeper layers.


4️⃣ Mental Expansion (7 min)

Imagine your brain glowing with golden light, expanding beyond its normal function.

Observe any new sensations, insights, or shifts in awareness.
