12 Steps of Sun Salutations
1. Pranamasana (Prayer Pose)
• Stand tall, palms joined at your chest.

2. Hasta Uttanasana (Raised Arms Pose)
• Inhale, lift your arms overhead, and stretch back slightly.
• Opens the chest and energizes the spine.
3. Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend)
• Exhale, fold forward, and touch your toes.

4. Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian Pose)
